Kanha has six branches spread across Jaipur and is one of the many highly frequented snack joints by the locals.
The breakfast here was so different than what I normally have. It's definitely high on carbs and sugar and no doubt, tasty!
Some of the best items here are their Laccha Tokri, Mirchi Wada, Choley Tikki and Mix Mewa Boondi Laddu!

that dhokla used to be called nylon khaman in gujarat. and it used to be tempered with sugar water and mustard seeds therefore it was little bit soggy.

Mohita in North India people soak the Dhokla in sweet water which really makes the dish soggy. Due to that it has a very limited shelf life. Even in Delhi you'll find it soaked in water. The aloo tikki isn't baked it's deep fried till crisp

Just to increase your knowledge, first of all that wasn't Dhokla...it was Nylon Khaman and in Gujarat, we prepare only like that with Sugar Water. Thank you. 🙏🏼

What you had was Khaman not Dhokla. Dhokla is white and dense like idli and generally made from rice. Khaman is soft and spongy made from besan. Gujju here 😁 I have to correct when they both get mixed up. Recently discovered your channel and have enjoyed the videos so far. Happy Eating!
