I just wanted to pin my response to someone else’s comment about finding cheaper pegboard. Please do your own research for your specific pegboard needs ✌️ There’s definitely a lot to take into consideration when you’re doing a pegboard system. Here is what I’ve found: 1) accessories are not interchangeable by brand. The corresponding accessories alone can bump up the overall cost a LOT. I paid $1-$1.25 for each set of boards and set of accessories. The hooks and smaller boards came in multipacks. 2) each system has its own installation instructions. These I used are peel and stick brackets with heavy duty adhesive. No drilling into the walls and I installed them on my own without any help during my sons nap. If the paint peels off later then so what? I’ll just patch the paint instead of holes. 3) these are durable yet lightweight. No, I won’t be storing books or heavy tools on them. But this is for a craft room, not a workshop or garage. 4) lastly, particle or wood boards often need furring or a 2x4 as part of the installation. I don’t have the time or capability for that.

Hi Laura! Wow! what a crafter’s dream! Your hubby’s old desk is super functional love all the storage👍 I love how open/ visual your supplies are. I recently moved towards a more “closed” systems with bins and a craft cabinet because my kids just go wild 😂 they are obsessed with touching and grabbing everything 🤦🏻‍♀️ i have my occasions/ holiday supplies in another room/ put away too. Lol I can totally relate to the tiny, grabby hands! I have an outside lock on the door to keep my son away. But at some point I want him to be able to be in there with me so I’ll have to do another reconfiguration. And the dorm room stuff at Target is a hidden gem! Great craftroom tour Laura! Love your organization! So many fun carts filled with goodies! I put cardstock on the bottom of some of my wire racks to prevent stuff from falling through. I love your ribbon pegboard wall! Lots of fun stuff, thanks for sharing your crafty space! Love it all! ❤😍😍

Thanks! I’ve actually looked into those and I couldn’t justify buying something that costly without being able to see it in person first. Then there’s the fact that I have carpet and all of their examples are on hard floors so I know that’s a deal breaker because opening and closing would be a pain. And knowing me, my stuff wouldn’t fit perfectly in their very specific containers. I’ve also read reviews about the nightmare of getting one delivered and put together (think 10 times worse than a large piece of IKEA furniture). Nah, I’m good for now. But I appreciate you watching and commenting! 💕💕💕

Hi Laura- Laura here lol-- thanks for sharing your space and goodies with us. I am currently in the labeling stage in my craft room. I received refills for my PTouch from Amazon on Saturday, and have been printing and sticking a little at a time. It's crazy how much time it can take.

You can line the Walmart wire racks with Dollar Tree placemats and things won’t fall through the wires.

For people that want pegboard, just go to home Depot and have them cut you a piece. For the amount of money spent on the individual squares in this room, you could have done three full walls.

I like to see how others do their space. I try to be organized but my space constantly changes as I add new craft projects, ideas and supplies. Also my space is smaller than it used to be, so some of my less used stuff is packed away around my small apartment. 😊❤

I had all of my stuff in several places of my house so I was constantly moving around. But then I was wasting time and losing track of things.
