But a player who has more muscle mass like body builders can't play football really well because of some athletism... It's a fact thatswhy football are so in athles shape rather than of only big muscles... Muscles are required but not too much it will affect in the style .. Hu agress ??.

Curd should not be mixed with milk as curd contains living culture bacteria and both milk and curd have different properties. Mixing them will end up the nutrition and in the long term, u will see the side effects of consuming them together. Recipes doesn't matter either from a chef or a mother if it contains wrong food combinations

I am a 14 yrs teen and after doing 70 squat bodyweight my pr was 100 but I stopped exercise for 2 months bcoz of my exams, and I am having knee stretch pain while getting into an squat pose after doing exercises or after playing cricket, is for that 70 sudden squats I am having stretch pain or any other reasons are there ?
