I laughed out loud when you said, "I am going to make my husband his lunch. Not because I am a lovely wife but because I want to film it." Ami, you are both!!! ... And, thank you for the recipes!

For the milk maker, I’d suggest reaching out to the company to see if they’ll send you one to review! Create a media email address and send them a few of your favorite YT and IG videos. Can’t hurt! 😊💚

I love your videos. Not only do you show how easy it is to eat healthfully, but it's so very clear what a natural mother you are. I love seeing how you engage your children, and how engaged they are with you - and not the TV, video games, etc. Thank you!

I’m so impressed!!! When I’ve made a vegan Spanish omelette in the past I’ve used tons of oil because of worrying about it sticking! I can’t believe you’ve made it totally oil free ❤

That’s so great that you’re getting your children in the kitchen helping so young. Romi with her little knife is so cute and Abe had such faith in you turning your potato omelette. Love watching you Ami all the way from Fort Worth, Texas. 👋🏻

I have the chef wave nut milk maker and its pretty great it cleans itself and you don't have to soak any nuts or seeds. My 2 cons with it is that it advertises that you don't need to strain it. I disagree. also when its fresh its hot milk so you have to make ahead for cold milk.

I’ve been thinking about a plant milk maker as well! Like you said, the organic ones with no fillers etc. are often pricey. I’ve used my vitamix for making organic soy and nut milks. Soy is more steps of course with cooking it. Would be great if you could try a few and then review them…purely for selfish reasons😂 Tribest is one I’ve been looking at and I’ve heard good things on the one you mentioned.

Can also make mini muffin tray frittata/ omelette in a silicone muffin tray, in the oven, they pop out easily when cool. Frittata and fritters are great made with grated courgette, with the water squeezed out.

Hi Ami. I've got a question: quite a few times you've mentioned bringing down the calorie density of a meal by adding certain foods. Could you please be more specific about this in a video? One more: your kids go to school/ nursery/ playgroup now. How do you deal with your kids eating " differently"? Thanks a million for everything you offer so freely! 🙏👍
@ReneeRobinsonOfficial Жыл бұрын
Plantiful Kiki explains this really well in her videos. She talks calorie density, 50/50 plates, etc. ✌🏻 basically it’s making your plate 1/2 starch, and the other 1/3 non-starchy vegetables, and keeping it low fat in weight loss mode.

Thanks for the great recipes and written ingredients list. I haven't had carob in a couple of years, maybe it's time I get a new supply. I actually planted a carob tree a few years ago, and it has gotten quite large, but no fruit! I have since discovered that you need either a male and a female or a self-pollinating one. Oh well, it's a pretty tree anyway.😊

I've had a MioMat milk maker for a few months now and really love it. Wouldn't go back to shop-bought plant milk now. Does the one you're getting heat the milk? You'll want that for soya milk. Mine also doubles as a soup and smoothie maker.

I saw a tik tok of flipping food in a pan- instead of flipping the food, you simply flip the pan! Then flip it over again so the pan is upright again.

No soya sauce on your little children's foods Ami, way-way too much salt for their immature kidneys, no matter how much flavour it's just not good for them. But they eat lots of healthy foods, just ditch that salty soya sauce
