it’s funny how the things that seem ordinary to us are so exciting and different to others. i mean watching dylan make ice cream seems so fun and yet i know that to him there must be some days when he wakes up and thinks “i‘d rather do anything but make ice cream today”. yeah i’m thinking too much but it just made me realise that although wanting change is good, we should be grateful for what we get to do, even if we don’t always like it or find it repetitive sometimes.

I worked at freddys and at an Ice cream shop, it can be fun but it’s like anything in the food business you deal with the public and well if you’ve ever worked in retail or food you understand how that goes. We had a food truck that we would take out all across Kentucky so that was pretty fun. Definitely give it a chance even just as a part time job or start your own company if you have the money, it’s not too hard to learn how to make really good ice cream from scratch

I did this too! As a manager lol I just remember cleaning this and having to lube everything up after it's been washed and dried. We also did the flavors according to how the colors and flavors are. We had to rinse between some flavors so the colors and taste don't blend, otherwise we just pour the next flavor in as to not waste time and water cleaning. I worked at coldstone and we had the same machine if not very similar.

I used to be an ice cream maker, so that looks like a very familiar day.
