What’s great about residential is you just keep increasing prices every single year just keep whacking them over the head that’s what we do. Drop 5 every year until your down to about 15 making the same Money as 25 from years past

I also tend to agree with you about the residential customers being "tough" haha and having to fire them. I had a couple bad experiences myself this year which is making me lean towards the commercial accounts more next season. Doesn't seem worth it. Too many complaints

Hey instead of having to shovel the windrow in front of the dumpster, as you approach the dumpster opening slow down, angle your blade straight the length of the opening then angle back as you are just getting past the dumpster opening.

Yes that's illegal, and so is driving without a seat belt on . All 50 states have the seat belt law.

Brooming residential seem to be the thing to do this year. I know 2 or 3 companies that got rid of 75% or better of their res. routes in my area. We're keeping 4-6 out of our 30 or so for next year but the rest unfortunately will have to look elsewhere. Our area are mostly smaller driveways and our city and township seem to wait until its almost impossible to get down the streets before they start plowing and tired of beating the trucks to hell trying to plow through 4ft wind rows/spill over for peanuts.

Yeah seems like everybody is dropping residential properties ik one to two companies that's dropped them in the last year or two and here at Bill's lawn and landscape we also dropped them in the last year just found it to difficult to do to much of a hassle and just found could make a lot more on commercial customers and many were easier to do
