Love watching someone else do “my” job. I work at a small family owned par 58 course. I’ve been there for almost 3 years. I’m 19 & this is what I want to do, forever. I love being outdoors & getting dirty. I mainly cut cups, basic upkeep, take care of divots, & irrigate during the summer. Now just have to go to school, for my degree

That’s awesome. Best of luck to you. It’s a great job if you have the right attitude…which it seems like you do. Thanks a lot for watching.

One of the little phone holder tripod stands so you can stick your phone down and show us you doing a little of each of the tasks, would be great. You could use the wide angle lense so you don't have to spend ages walking far away setting it up. Really enjoy watching these as someone just getting into it. Cheers

We mow all weather, is it your grass type that prevents it or something else? We have a fescue blend. We are also still in construction mode (opening next October) so maybe things will change for us then.

Thanks for the comment! I honestly don’t know the science as to why…maybe the cut isn’t as pure, etc. we had downpours coming as you saw in the final clip so it’s a good thing we stopped. Thanks for watching!

Per your experience what will you prefer on the course if you had your way and why? Pine straw or mulch?
@fairwayjohn63362 жыл бұрын
I like mulch personally. I think it does a little better versus weeds and looks nicer. That’s just me though. Thanks for the question!
@samuelasamoah69062 жыл бұрын
@@fairwayjohn6336 that's interesting, what about playing golf in them, because some golf balls will stray into the landscape areas and players some times will have to play in them. Is it easy to scoop the ball from a bed of mulch?
