3 Sets * 15 Reps Each
⭕ Neutral Grip Dumbbell Press
4 Sets * 15 , 12 , 10 , 10 Reps
⭕ Standing Dumbbell Fly
5 Sets * 10 Reps Each
⭕ Dumbbell Pullovers
4 Sets * 10-12 Reps
This workout will be equally effective as a workout done with help of machines
