I always add a cup of ricotta cheese to my meatballs, and it makes them light and delicious. But with your cooking method to cook in a broth, I’m sure it will elevate my meatballs to next level. Thank you so much for sharing! ❤

My Italian grandmother from Puglia Italy says, 2 eggs per pound of meat, and water in place of milk for tender soft meatballs. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes then add to the sauce.

Great video and recipe for meatballs. Gotta try it out. Never thought to boil them in stock but if you think about it, it makes sense. I might change the ground turkey to veal. We’ll see. Meat is sooo expensive!! Have a great weekend, y’all!! God bless… ✌️❤️
