Content is bomb. When founder's take interviews they really ask all the hard questions of building a startup and not just fancy achievements. Great work by Shantanu and team😄

I have been working in a startup for past 7 years, everything Aman talked about boat’s evolution in the initial part of the podcast is so relatable. It’s so true about people becoming redundant, org restructuring, processes. 🙌🏽

The more you listen to Aman, the more you understand why Boat is a successful business. He is very sharp, passionate, ambitious yet grounded, not afraid to admit his mistakes. Dressed in a simple tshirt and jeans, no rings, chains or bands. These are the kind of leaders who inspire! More power to him👍👍

So if someones wearing ring ,chains or bands that justify their personality on the point of leadership wtf It depends on an individual that how does he wanna carry his appearance. Get your points right . The world is changing so fast

The way how Aman admitted that his co-founder was approached first and he referred Aman for the seat of shark tank show how humble and honest the man aman is. It takes lot of guts to admit it , appreciate your partner and be Humber after building a brand like boAt. Loved every bit of this conversation ❤️

I think a reason for the success of shark tank is that you see normal people with big dreams and get inspired. Or the kind of successful people you see are not celebrities like you always see. These are very educated people who had once in their lives also done a normal job and started to pursue a dream. That in itself is quite emotional for people to get invested. Also you get to see that rich people look and talk like us and are actually more relatable than movie and to stars 😂

I don't understand why there is always a discussion on profitability vs non profitability while it completely depends on the industry, user behaviour for that industry, product. Zomato - as an industry and product has a scope of making profits in future with time. Boat - An electronics brand which has to be profitable according to their industry.
