Problem number 1 he’s not fully owning his wrongdoings. He’s downplaying what he did therefore downplaying her feelings about it. He could have probably been further down the road back cool with her if he would admit he was all the way wrong. Now he’s moving around weird trying to avoid being accused and it makes it look like he’s cheating again even if he isn’t. They should have broken up when he cheated and she should have let him go.
