I have watched over 100 Divorce Court episodes, and this one is the best. I love this couple to the max. The couple is beautiful, charming, loving, respectful, and matured. This couple didn't need Divorce Court, but i am glad they did, to teach many couples who want to be married, or just in a relationship, how to gel, and be happy, without the drama. I am optimistic that this couple will live until death do them apart. Judge Lynn, handled it in true professional style,she was overjoyed

It is acquiring generational assets (keyword being "assets") you can leave to heirs. For example, dividend-paying stocks are generational assets. Because paymenys goes from one generation to another. Let's take J-Zee and Beyonce. Last year they earned $112 million (combined income). If both died tomorrow, their children would not get one done because that money is not transferable - unless they "set it up" as a transferable financial instrument. Moreover, all businesses and ancillary income must be set so the children gets all of the assets. Then, they, the children, must realize what they have must be passed along their children. Now, back to the couple on Divorce Court - the house and apartment can be an asset. But the mortgage has to be paid off for any equity can be paid out. As for apartments (a rental) there is no value at all. Unless it is co-op. That value can be passed along as wealth.

They are not expected to rent out some dingy apartment that they can barely afford. They are able to save at home so when they leave they go straight into purchasing a home with their husband/wife. Yes, she has been married 4 times prior but that is not testament of who she is as a person and as a woman. I just love Mr. Owens and how he truly values her!! That is how it should be. I LOVE the update. For those condemning Ms. Bundley for how she treats her sons...thats the problem with the African American community. So quick to expect children to move out at 18 and live a hard life and repeat cycles of poverty. Other cultures, specifically in hispanic and asian communities...they embrace the fact that their children stay with them until they are FINANCIALLY STABLE.It doesnt make them less of a man but it shows the value that she has placed on family and closeness. *My Thoughts* This was hands down the best episode by far, I feel like this episode should be mandatory to watch before someone say's they want to get married. LOL but they are a perfect couple, they need to be together minus her grown azz kids leaving with her I say she prefect and waaaay prettier then women half her age. And as a Navy Vet myself, this guy makes me proud and there isn't nothing wrong with getting nice as long as you don't do anything crazy. I wish them the best of luck!
