That's true but a lot of people avoid extremely cheap make up (or make up from not well known brands) because of its quality. I'm always afraid I'll get a reaction or something since I have VERY sensitive skin.

@@johannak1983 I think this type of video also helps people get an understanding of what cheap makeup is actually worth buying. Like that bronzer, no matter how cheap, it just does not work as a bronzer but you could potentially find something close to that price point from essence or LA girl or Wet n wild, like even if it is $1 - rather than buying and being completely disappointed by it people can just steer clear of it thanks to Kathleen :)

That’s very true, when I was young teen and my mother was laid off, we would at the very least treat ourselves with a cute lipstick or watver etc. anything we could find jst for fun whenever we stopped at doller tree for needs, I know the struggle and at least it gives ppl a chance to try things

wow watching this really brought up old memories of back when I couldn’t afford a single make up product, not even drugstore, and didn’t know much about online cosmetics at the time. L.A colors was my shit lol I used to be so embarrassed using it but I was so interested in wearing make up I’d take anything. but at the time I think they only made “concealer” and eyeshadow, it’s pretty cool how much they have now. Anyways it was pretty damn humbling using this stuff and makes you so grateful for the products you can finally afford :)
