Full Face of NOTHING New!

Hey guys! Today we are kicking off my Full Month of Nothing New with a Full Face of Nothing New! I have pulled in some old- and some very neglected- favorites of mine to create this look! And as a cherry on top, I am filming it in natural lighting! I cannot wait to share this full month of nothing new with you guys! I LOVE doing this series- it's a good reminder for me that the joy of makeup is more than just trying and buying the latest and greatest. I hope you enjoy it! Thank you all for stopping by!

Before you started talking about having a bad hair day, I had thought how pretty your hair looked so casually pulled back with a few strands free around your face. :-). I’m a curly girl too (although only shoulder length), so I get the “struggle”.

I always love her hair and I did comment about her hair before she also started talking about it being a bad hair day. I struggle with frizz but I do diffuse and never air dry. She did mention she mainly air dries so who knows, maybe that’s the secret to less frizz.

Hello Mandy!! Video idea - what if one video a month you do a look with products you mean to use but haven’t. Like, the Juvias palette you mentioned in your video. Find products like that, that you like, but don’t always use. Dedicate a specific video to products you have but mean to use. I’m sure these exist all over KZbin but we’d love to see what you come up with. 😀

Love this series! Opening music always makes me smile! Lighting is amazing in your bathroom. Is the flawless filter you use in the exact shade it opens to when you click link? I've yet to order that and it looks so pretty!

I love this series! And yes, when I have a bad hair day I am really grumpy. That is usually the first sign to get to the salon. I have fine/straight hair that thinks it wants to be curly when wet but decides to be totally straight when dry. This is a problem, all the way around. When I add color to my hair it damages it just enough to actually add texture that in theory allows me to style it. I need to update my pic here, I have this really cool darker with blonde highlights going on that I think helps everything. Looking forward to this month of videos! ❤️

Thanks for the video. I am also on a no-buy but mine is for August & September, possibly October lol. I re-organized my makeup drawers and had way more than I thought I did, so it is time to put a pause on my purchases and just enjoy and use up what I have. Your hair looks great! I have one of the newer Dream St. palettes where they printed the shade names on the front also. The names on the back are laid out as if you're looking at the palette from the top. If that makes sense... So you had it right - the rusty red matte is Potion and the deep teal matte is Water Bearer. 🙂

I have even more curly texture then you have and I have literally cried in the shower trying to get the knots out of my hair.......😪 I almost always have to use my Revlon brush dryer if I am going to be happy with my hair AND then summer 98 degree heat and I sweat the pretty straightness out of it. I hate how youtubers always feel the need to justify why they're having a 'bad hair day' (even though I always love your curly hair, I personally think it's so beautiful) as if they're not human and that stuff like that doesn't happen from time to time. I see so many youtubers I love having to make some kind of comment, whether during editing or in the comments, excusing what ever imperfection is there and it makes me sad that they feel the need to do that because they know they'll get rude comments about that tiny little thing. Like, why can't people just keep those comments to themselves? If it doesn't impact the quality of the content it doesn't really need to be said.

Hourglass DOESN'T have the bronzer from the ghost palette as a single 😭😭 and I WISH they did because it's my favorite bronzer ever and I'm almost out of it!! I bought the big one of the Nude bronze light and it's good, but not as good for me as the one in the ghost palette. Maybe sounds dramatic but a nice summer bronze is important stuff 🤷🏼‍♀️🤩😂😂

I had picked it up from Marshall’s for a great deal.You have Seriously fabulous hair, and actually I have a bad hair day every day. I am very very hard challenged and can’t do anything with it.
