I am not English but a real English breakfast doesn’t have any soya sauce in it. If you add some here and there it is fine but I think you overdone it with soy sauce and probably everything taste the same in this dish. Did you know that cherry tomatoes in the wine can be roasted with the wine as it gives more flavour for the tomatoes.

Use black salt (kala namak) instead of soy sauce for the 'eggs'. It gives the tofu an eggy flavor.

That's a gorgeous breakfast - would be more like dinner to me! Also I wouldn't put soy sauce in everything, I usually use it sparingly in one recipe at a time. But yes, you're right, it does add that lovely extra flavor. :)

I never see anyone use silken tofu for a tofu scramble but I prefer it! I used it once instead of firm because it’s all I had.

silken tofu is the best for tofu scramble. Add some rice flour and butter to it and fry until set, it's better than real eggs!

Well of course you can skip the salt. Check out the sodium content of soy sauce. You are better off with regular salt or coconut aminos.

So, uh, this is a paid advertisment, yeah? Cool. 😐 Also, why on earth would you add soy sauce to vegan sausage which are already very well, if not heavily, salted? That's way too much sodium!!! That's just bananas and definitely not for those with hypertension or other conditions of that nature.

Slightly disappointing Video… I agree with the other comments… Too much Kikkoman ?!?! I am interested to know which brand of sausages you used for the video? Beyond Meat perhaps… ?!?! I don’t know… if so… sadly for me they are too high in saturated fat per 100gm for me… but that’s just personal… It seems sad such negative response to your videos,.. quite sad… Maybe it’s time to review what you both originally started all this for…..

Worchestershire sauce is better, cheaper and in keeping with an English breakfast. Lancashire sauce if you're wanting something out of the norm. Soy sauce is an amazing ingredient that doesn’t fit in with an English breakfast like it does with a sukiyaki

I'd use groundnut oil instead of olive oil, since that's what Chinese people use. Olive oil doesn't work with Oriental flavours.

honestly not even mad at the aggressive ad for kikkoman since i am the same with soy sauce in my kitchen and nobody is paying me for sponsorship bhahah but i use a less salty version and maybe a teaspoon for each ingredient .. this seems too salty imo
