Girlll, seriously awesome stuff. Been introducing Olympic lifts for the last year or two, but the clean-and-jerk is my weakness. Really want to start competing, and I'll be following your journey to continue to get towards your level. I'm slowly learning the best lifters in the world, and you ARE up there. Keep at it. Thanks, No one ever shows the warmup exercises. I think this will help with clean grip. Love the videos and nice you can do a load of laundry while working out

Love the video, really motivate me to keep on top of working out during this pandemic! I'm wondering though, is weightlifting your fulltime job, or do you combine it with something else? Maybe it’s time to get rid of the women’s bar (15kg) and just use the normal bar (20kg) . Women ain’t weak anymore they are super strong they don’t need a small bar , save that for the old days.

Brian Zimmerman 6foot bar 15kg 28mm diameter, same as 7foot bar . Diameter as got nothing to do with it there are women using 7foot bars every day with no problems
