In my hometown, staffing is even worse! Two crew members to a rig! Dramatically understaffed. Hardly any nearby mutual aid companies other than Montoursville, Loyalsock, and South Williamsport. I’m from the South Williamsport area and can tell you that the tower truck in most Williamsport Bureau of Fire Tower 1 response videos and on-scene here on KZbin has been replaced with a mid-mount apparatus.

Williamsport also has Eldred Township, Nisbet, Duboistown, Montgomery, Independent Fire Company No. 1 (Station 9-7), Woodward Township, Jersey Shore Station 3, Jersey Shore Station 45, Antes Fort, and allied Old Lycoming Township for mutual aid. Plenty of mutual aid from around the area if needed.
