I can't believe I missed this upload for twelve days straight. Amazing event when you consider that the winning weight in 2023's hummer tire deadlift winning weight was won with 1,100 pounds with no tie by Tom Stoltman. I'd have to put the hummer tire deadlifts in this order: 2022, 2020, 2021, then 2023. All are amazing. I'd love to see Oleksii break his record in this event sometime in the future.

Yep! They're smelling ammonia (smelling salts). Helps to spike adrenaline and open up the air ways
