There’s a designated spot to mount the antenna underneath the airbag. No need to tape it to the glovebox

I wash it with 1 part lemon/1 part water. That's it no product. I hope this install worked out.

Yes I've got a 2012 Ford F-150 and I put the new ant had on it with the two new keys and when I went into the body control module and try to activate the starter already on it then I lost my driver side front door have you ever had that to happen to you when you've activated your remote starter and it says actuator switch is bad appreciate you input

Did you check the hood door switch. You can just bypass it, put the two wires together. Let me know as I wanna try this on my xl with no power locks.

@@NoName-ml5yk no. It’s worse than I first realized also. One click starts it. I don’t have to click lock first (but truck does lock when it starts). If I’m just around the truck with key in my pocket it can “pocket start” if the button gets pressed by other keys or something. Won’t shut off pressing any buttons. I even tried tried turning remote start off and back on in forscan. Didn’t work. Tried relearning the key didn’t work either. Considering trying a new key.

You can get the key cut anywhere they cut keys if the guy knows what he is doing, nothing special about that. You can program the key in the truck without a dealer.
