There's a very specific tone to male and females voices. Probably has something to do with the thiccing of the vocal cords and the male and female hormones that causes it. Even if the woman has a very deep voice she normally has a very specific tonal sound that signifies shes a female, for example Liz Cambage. I've heard many deep female voices before and absolutely none, until now, have made me double-take to the point where I second guess if the person i'm listening to is a man instead of a woman.
