Hai, I own the Tamiya TT01E. I've bought it back in 2011. There're few differences like the battery bay is on the left and the motor is on the right. The shock tower however easily break if one of the front wheel hit a hard object. Overall it still one of the best beginner kit.

Working on it. Video is in production and the car is apart on the workbench getting repairs and some gratuitous upgrades just because I like blue parts. LOL.

Sorry I took a look and I don’t have the shipping box anymore. It got recycled but it wasn’t much bigger than the kit box itself.

A difference between the Tt01 and tt01 type E is that the type E has a top chassis brace.

I think bearing set and oil shocks are necessary for a simple build with no power upgrade.
