I recommend everyone who wish to have good health to focus on a paleo diet. They must be organic and gluten-free though. Keto and vegan diets also has benefits and should be incorporated into your lifestyle. Going for 5 consecutive days a month on a 1000 calorie [per day] vegan diet bestows healthy outcomes as if done for a whole month. Then you can switch back to paleo. Fasting 24 hrs on Mondays and Thursdays, restricting eating to 6 hrs a day on feasting days, HIIT and a positive outlook on life such as wishing good on others would do wonders really.
