The only youtuber that in my opinion has that vibe for being relatable to my own point of view. It's cool to see that there are fitness vloggers like you on You Tube who has this openness about their lifestyle ! Keep going with the good work man !

Love this workout and breakdown man. I have been following your channel for some time. I am a fitness fanatic myself and couldn’t agree more on setting the phone aside. I have a wife and two little girls and everything works out just fine putting the phone down. Let you and your mind be what’s at the gym. Will change how you push your workouts for sure. Also thank you thank you for putting an emphasis on negatives. People do not realize this is actually the most effective movement in functional muscle development. I recently started a wood splitting channel and you are a big influencer for me. I grew up in a rural farm area doing this stuff my whole life and love it. I am a family man, fitness minded, push yourself as much as possible to be the better you, “hard work yard work” functional fitness, positive vibes all day long. Keep crushing it man. Keep getting people to grow mentally and physically!

I haven't done leg workouts in years thinking hiking, walking, running was sufficient, but this was super inspiring and changed my mind. Would love to see more of the sets for sure. If easier to film all of the sets, I'm here for it! Thank you for the great instruction and valuable information! Your home gym is beautiful! I would have kept my 2003 subaru impreza for that too!

Love the new gym. Awesome design. No need to justify to viewers doing something like that for yourself. Like you said, you would rather have that than a new car. The workout video was great. I agree with your decision not to show every set. This was a nice pace, enough so people could fully understand the exercise without getting bored. Looks like another new leg tat. I had seen the eyeball, but on the one on the “inner” calf.

Thank you for showing us how to set up the machines to! Personally I always have trouble with knee popping on the leg curls so I’ll try to line up the pivot point with my knees next time!

100% agree with the phone thing. Being in the gym with my phone on do not disturb and only having my music going is bliss. I genuinely get fucking annoyed if I’m working out with a friend and they are constantly fucking around with their phone between sets

Just a suggestion, little of a request. I think it would be cool to see your reaction to the things you do in films. For instance, axe usage in films or physical rehabilitation in films.

My husband had low T levels after turning 40. He was referred by a friend to a place out of Florida called Royal Medical (We don't live in Florida. They are great at communicating and finding labs near you) . I was skeptical and didn't want him using just anyone, I have been happy with how they have monitored his hormone levels and continually adjusted everything he needed to get him back to where he should be.

Why is it that a lot of bodybuilders dont work their calves? Im not saying you specifically, but you see all these guys with jacked upper bodies, but then their legs are noodles. Is there a reason, or do they just want to focus looking good above the waist?
@gloriagi94996 ай бұрын
Maybe you can show the first rep of first set and last rep of last set of any given exercise (so folks know what form to strive for). Also, check out Dr Mike's (Renaissance Periodization) video - How much muscle can you get with steroids and the Start orals only. There might be PEDs you could take for just a few cycles with decent results, while minimising long-term health effects. Testosterone, though it sounds harmless, shouldn't be taken unless you have actual medical deficiency. Once you start TRT, your body will shut down natural testosterone production, so you will have to be on TRT forever or stop and deal with the issues of low T (which noone really wants that option)

I just came back from my TRT draw blood to check all my blood levels appointment. The Doctor will call when the results come in. I started April 2024. For me it was a no brainer because of my age. Around the third week I realized things were changing all for the better. I was working out again, doing yard work again I felt an over all sense of well being plus other things. ( If your worried about your hair, and you should be, then try to stay away from Deca .) I go to Nevada for my TRT. I don't trust Doctors in California, and i live in California. You have a very high IQ so I am sure you will find the right fit for you when the time is right.
