Reality of the matter Lonzo poor play occurred because he learned just prior to the tourney Tina his mom suffered a serious stroke that kept her in the hospital for two-and-a-half months and cost her the ability to speak and Lavar told Zo 'You do what you do. I got your mama,' hint why Lavar and Tina wasn’t in attendance. But media quick to assume it was all for a gimmick smh

Lavar was more of a bust than his son was. His son is having a respectable career in the pelicans while his father got himself banned from ESPN, lost his stupid JBA league, got millions of dollars stolen from his son from both a shoe deal and from the manager of the bbb brand and has made himself look like a fool from his exaggerated proclamations.

Hadi first of all I’m sure I’m older than you bud. Second of all Lonzo was already going to be a lottery pick before his father was showing his face around. Third of all he deprived his youngest son from an education, to take the cheap publicity route of making it to the nba. The poor kid can’t articulate 4 words together before stuttering. The nba money is short term, what happens if his son doesn’t turn out to be a great player or suffers a career ending injury? What credentials does he have to fall back on? I’m surprised for someone who’s talking like they’re a wise old sensei, you don’t understand the long term situations of life and you only know the short terms. Finally I never claimed the man wasn’t a good father, I was just pointing out the boneheaded decisions he made just for a short term amount of game for him and his sons.
