noooo. There is so much variation from the same serve, the point is that it looks the same every time. You can serve topspin, underspin, straight sidespin, no spin, and you can serve short, long, half-long, fast-long, and also to either corner or to the elbow, with variation inside the short serves being almost uncountable. And of course any combination of all of those factors is available in the serve.

@@rishabhdubey374 it's a universal fact that Harimoto plays well and this is coming from a die hard Wang Chuqin fan. He gave Wang Chuqin a run for his money in the final. 4-2 is not an easy feat and a lot of the sets were quite close. Had Wang Chuqin stumble under pressure, this match will be gone but the Wang Chuqin we all know is a mental monster. Not to mention the last encounter was won by Harimoto so anything can happen. And no Wang Chuqin will not laugh because he himself admitted in the interview that his level is same as harimoto and the only difference that separates them is mental and strategy. Not to mention that Wang Chuqin is an incredibly humble guy especially after his 3 months suspension. Besides, you only made this comment like two days after the tournament ended. Had this match ended in harimoto winning, this comment of yours wouldn't have existed. Maybe next try show some guts to comment before the final? 🤔

Why has the tournament changed to best of 5 games????. In the past with 21 points system, it was the best of 5 games. Then to contain the Chinese players, it was changed to 11 points system with the best of 7 games. The Chinese still dominate. Then the ball was enlarged to slow the games down. The Chinese still dominate. Now it’s the best of 5 games. Compare that to the past of best of 5 games with 21 points system. If the Chinese still dominate, then what???? Change the games to 6 points system????

I think something fishy is going on here, like some money changed hands somehow so Dima would throw the match. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe Dima's huge win over Fan Zhendong took alot out of him. But, I get the feeling he was paid to lose the match or even threatened if he didn't agree to throw the match. Why would he be so stubborn as to only go to the pendulum serve a couple times at the end of the 3rd game? He is a professional, and he is not stupid. The backhand serve wasn't working, anyone could see that. He didn't disguise his throwing the match very well. I just hope he and his family are safe and/or the money he was paid was worth losing the match, and exit from the tournament. I really enjoyed his play last round when he stuck it in Little Fatty.
