I play on xbox but watch a lot of pc videos and there is quite a bit of difference between gameplay between the two as standard. Pc gameplay always looks better than console as they have more precision and reflexes. The shotgun he was using in the clip you mentioned can be reloaded, then shot, then reloaded again. He was just doing is really quickly which gave the impression of firing and reloading at the same time.Nothing you mentioned seemed out of the ordinary for a pro player
