Hey Dr Swole, do you think there is a cap in amount of volume you can do per session when lifting to failure. Some people say its 6-8 sets while some people recommend up to 20 sets. Of course if only training once per week.

Hey Doctor, I heard Mike mentzer saying that dropsets are not for intensity but rather an endurance exercise, because you are lowering the intensity for the sake of a few extra reps- and we know that high rep ranges are an endurance method of training. Thoughts?

Hey Doc! No offense but this program has absolutely nothing to do with Mike Mentzer's style of training. If you want a high intensity bro split, the closest thing is Dorian Yate's Blood and Guts. Beginners, drugs free, should absolutely not try to do this program.
