This was an absolute beautiful Blessing you shared. I started out with core anger and repeated negative thoughts. Working through all that came up in this healing meditation. it was so enlightening! Very powerful, ending with tears as there was such an overwhelming release of internal blocks, whose weight I endured passively all my life! They were little walls that I had meticulously built, through the years to hide things behind them, things I did not want to face and things I thought were awe full about me and did not want others to see... With this meditation and the recent Somatic Hesling that am persueing I am taking down these walls and the most deliberating thing is that I find nothing behind them! They were just rocks and their burden on me... thank you for this healing meditation and am looking forward to your videos 😊❤❤❤❤
