“Traditionally, the Moontime is the sacred time of woman when she is honored as a Mother of the Creative Force. During this time she is allowed to release the old energy her body has carried and prepare for reconnection to the Earth Mother’s fertility that she will carry in the next Moon or month”.
Living in a hectic city, it becomes easy to accumulate stress in our bodies and minds.
The full moon is the perfect time for me to relax, unwind and reflect upon how I've been doing in the past cycle.
I made this video to share my simple routine of full moon rituals to recharge energies and let go of what doesn't serve me.

I miss being alone too. I live with my husband and 2 kids who are 2 and 4. I just wish I had more me time. I love them but being alone looks so peaceful.

@@donnarosemia9724 , I know how it can be with a family but it is a blessing of it's own . I raised three daughters .The youngest is still at home with us. My alonetime I usually create during the wee hours of mornings.I often get up around 3 or 4 am .Then everywhere is quiet and all others are still asleep.Enough time for rituals and Yoga or meditation . I always found the time cause I wanted to and needed it (despite my kids and a fulltime job as a psychiatric nurse). What I have to add though is that I have a very supportive and spiritual husband which is half the rent . Much love for you from Germany.

So lovely !! Coming on to this video at 222 comments- more synchronicity! I am deeply connected to the moon as well and her influence to the cycles of our earth. I actually moon cycle around the full moon, so it’s always a transformative time for me. A time of deep reflection, cleansing, purging and rebalancing. I charge my crystals, I charge my plants, sage my home space, I paint and tell moon stories to my daughters. We take time to write down what we need to release and what we want to manifest moving forward. I love the moon 🌝

You totally live the life I daydreamed about once in life💜....home full of beautiful art and space to breathe. Cute lil critter roaming the house. Omg! Please tell me you can do or have done a video on like home arrangement/placements to make my house feel like I'm not suffocated? I have 2 kids and a husband whom all kinda avoid me unless they need something lol and again OMG I wish I had the set up in the bathroom like that💜 so many oils and bath bombs and smell goods...ughhh 😍😍😍 I have had to hold off on my magik for some years due to hubs being 100% born & raised in churches his parents were pastors...just recently during a breakdown I had he said he has no probs with witches or their craft. As long as it doesn't involved Satan and demons he says🤦... I have to build a lil shed/greenhouse in the yard to have my altar and other items of the craft. Which I'm ok with. I'm going to start growing more herbs and etc in there. I love to paint and draw as well but haven't been able to. 🙃
