I hardly go on youtube but this got recommended. The past 10 years of my life have been full of darkness and suffering. This year I started a spiritual transformation. I have dug deep into my roots and felt the repressed pain of my childhood. As a kid I would reach up to the sky to hold the hand of my guardian angel when I was scared. Sleep deprivation will cause so much difficulty. I hope you can find compassion for yourself. It is possible to nurse while sleeping. I played on my side and just slept. I got good at this and it helped me get the needed sleep. I also napped during the day when the baby slept.
