After almost 24 years of growing, loving, trusting & depending on each other, I lost my soulmate and gave up on life. I just got a shot in the arm. I was not expecting this beautiful story to grab me and push me up into wanting to give life & love another try. I watched with fear, laughter & hope for both Er'meng & Su He, as they struggled through the very real issues of daily social survival & staying on the path to love. The gangsters are so true to life it was scary; the jealous woman/wife/friend, the director nailed it and as to the doctors -more hope after death of the relationship. I must say it was the actors emotional performances that started chiseling the wall of iced and has begun to melt it. KUDOS!! KUDOS!!! Love knows no bounds or gender. Looking forward to more from these two actors & directors. Thank you.

I think it was love at first sight for the artist who fell for Meng who was posing for him. After the artist knowing that Meng worked slot of jobs to pay of done of his debts, decided to help him along the way falling for him. A wonderful loving movie with a happy ending. Thnx u so much for it.

Why does this play like a bunch of different non-cohesive scenes stuck together? I'm sure the actors did a great job and I did get the gist of the story. But the sound quality during dialogues with background noise is dodgy at best and the different scenes seemed to be cut and pasted in a very strange way with filler roll placed in between that have nothing to do with the current or next setting. When normally it's used to establish a mood, show that outside of a set that you wish to portray, or even to show the passage of time. All around great effort but definitely needed some polishing.

Very moving loveing and promising life story. How others abuses young peaple and ruin the trust of them.fear of not going out beacouse of debt. Nice piece of work. Visually lovely, and the music was awesome. The main character Er Meng was so cute and sweet with his puppy dog eyes. I just wanted to hug him. Er Meng and his Professor made a beautiful couple. IT was great to see them walking together in a mall. I just wish they had had more conversations and I'd seen more of their intimate interactions. In other words, I wanted it to be much longer! 😉
