Can’t understand how Krul is never penalised for being off his line; it’s so blatant. I remember when he saved 2 penalties in the same game against man utd. He was clearly off his line for both and VAR was in operation.

The kicker is already at an advantage... the fact that Krul guesses the right side they are kicking to is a skill in itself..

@@djmussy18 That's irrelevant. The rules have been very clear for a long time that the keeper has to be on his line when the ball is struck. I don't care if he dives the right way when he is breaking the rules and it goes unpunished.

I don't have a problem with it. I know it's against the rules but until VAR that has always been how goal keepers during penalties.
