After baking and cooking most of the day, the leg stretches in this one were delish. Even flowering tree was doable for me today. Who knew just moving your hands over to the corner of the mat in sphinx could make such a difference! Another great full moon flow. Loved feeling my hands brush those pink flowers!

You really created an image for me, like I was actually in a flower field. I feel so much more at peace after doing this practice. I am learning that my practice doesn't always have to be intense, doing all the "hard" poses, especially as I age, my femininity really resonates with practices like this more and more.

I was a little hesitant to do a yoga flow, since I’m nearing menstruation and my body feels quite heavy & tired… but this was just purrrfect 😊 the pace was so lovely, and nothing too intense.
