I didn't notice this until just now but..Hansel and Gretel's outfits are obvious fanservice, but if you were to put them together, it makes a single cohesive outfit that makes more sense. Legit, everything Hansel has covered, Gretel has uncovered, the palettes would work together very well, and it'd even be cute. Its probably intentional for sure, but I only just now put it together.

there's a reddit post that reviewed the lore behind their costume and they're actually wearing outfit that relate to an event that happen to the other person. Hansel wears a maid out fit cuz gretel got turn into a maid by the witch or smth I don't remember the detail while gretel is more stack because the witch fatten him with candy

Oh no... [SPECULATION WARNING] Maybe some day Grave finally finds them, but they are not enough spare parts anymore to repair both of them. So to not let them die completely, she decides to merge them into a single Hänsel&Gretel. I so hope I am wrong. H&G and Siren were so likeable during Old Tales!

A reminder that the corruption was "refined" by red shoes and red hood probably got corrupted earlier by the standard corruption that just incapacitated nikkes. So corruption existed before red shoes tinkered with it.

This chapter had such amazing music... such a heart wrenching buildup, a humongous minigame and tons of lore-dumping information. (plus there's morse-code in MiROR (the creepy corrupted stage music), S.O.S plays in the background, similar to how Modernia's boss music "Ominous Cross" has something similar to "Someone save me" in russian as the choir.) This event... was a massive treat, for all of us. Grave is the best mother, and Cinderella was a wonderful treat for the community to push campaign. Also, CONGRATS ON REDHOOD and welcome back

3:24:43 This part reminded me of a theory I read somewhere about the commander. It said that the commander could be a spy for the queen that was supposed to infiltrate the ark in order to corrupt it and those in it, but during the start of the game he injured his head and forgot his mission. Could also be that the commander is some sort of male nikke. I forgot the details and where I read it, but I do remember it mentioning Enikk and Einkk. Edit: I remember also reading that Red Shoes might still be alive, and the central government is keeping her for the valuable knowledge she has on corruption.

I assume they think they are being helpful and trying to enhance your experience in some way... too bad it doesn't work that way. I can only hope things go better in the future. All that said, random unrelated question: Looking back, is there anything that Red Shoes could do if she were to re-enter the story that could ever redeem her in your eyes? We have to consider all the pain she causes to Cinderella, the people killed by every Heretic, their loved ones and so on and even us; the pain she inflicted on us by having us have to kill Marian and so on. Is there anything at all she could ever do to make up for all of that?

Red Shoes is my favorite “villain” in video games lol, I just canʼt hate her. The adaptation of the Hans Christian Andersen’s tale SHIFT UP made is extremely intricate. It captured the macabre essence of the original writing, and ingrained it in her design, “The Red Shoes” being so emphasized visually as if itʼs something not apart, but living within her own legs is very intimidating. The contrast btw her lower exposed body and its upper part having a GothLoli aesthetic makes her stoic which matches her personality to let oneself be carried away by vanity, she is not technically the villain who does things because the character is just bad, she was corrupted and lose her mind to insanity that was infecting her brain besides even the time of being a human. Also, her soundtracks like Harmony are something else, I canʼt help but love SHIFT UP, my favourite video game studio. Not to mention the Korean voice acting was surreal, especially Red Shoes, I beg everyone to listen to the Korean voice acting as well, the female who voices Red Shoes deserves an award, she sounded extremely insane and even deserves an award of some kind Iʼd say.

It's hard to translate, but the guy who killed himself thought she was just a horrible terrible murderbeast, which she was, and not only murder she tortured, on purpose to spread fear, and she killed everyone he ever knew and grew up with. Well okay, not her technically, "red shoes, program". but to anyone external that's what it looks like. And when the insane torture murderbeast who killed everything you knew suddenly seems sweet and closing in on you... well. But I understand, it's generally trouble with translating the feelings in this medium I think, which is done, not perfectly. But this is not criticism on the reaction, you can't really know how someone reacts, though it's often a combination on how the experience is made and the experience the recipient already has. And obv how it's presented, and I will say it it not translated the best, but the rest of the story tend to translate better.
