Who would think that a blowout press conference would be better than any win press conference. This man is next level. The ducks were probably more exited to play in front of Prime than their own coach. He just brings the best out of everybody, even the other teams. He is going to get clicks because he got it like that. I also respect how his kids have their own mind and don’t just rinse and repeat their father. They all have character so they will be the same in some respects but they are their own man. They are the hottest thing in all of sports right now and I am here for it.

@jjohnson43018 ай бұрын
@@jeremiahtatum1467 , based on that logic, nobody is that good and everybody is humbled because everybody gets blown out sometime. The ducks got blown out 49 to 3. That doesn’t mean they are not that good. Anybody can be blown out on any given Sunday or Saturday.

@jjohnson43018 ай бұрын
@@jeremiahtatum1467 , because on any given Sunday, or Saturday a team can blowout or be blown out. It’s the nature of the game. Talent is a broad term. Prime just feels that his players can match anybody’s if they reach deep enough. Prime did things in his career that people didn’t think he had the talent to do. It’s okay if you feel they are not talented because with all due respect, it doesn’t count. Oregon is established and has been established for years. Colorado has just started building. Your view of Colorado is more of a you problem than a them problem, with all due respect. Prime basically said the same thing to a reporter. Prime is bringing the best out of people and exposing the rest. The man is next level and that is making a lot of people happy and pissing the rest off.

In my eyes it's already been impressive with a turnaround from 1-11 just a year ago to 3-1 in the first month. Idk, I wasn't on board with CU, I have respect for Deion on what he's doing, but Ive never rooted for CU. After the way they handled their loss though, after all the heat between the Oregon fan base and the CU fan base, I'm finding myself actually being supportive of CU's program, and at this point I hope coach Sanders does something big there. I hope to see another Oregon-Colorado match up in the future.
@Susannoir8 ай бұрын
I love CU but they also don’t have a good game plan. The running game is missing. Oregon came out showing they want to score. They kept driving the line down. The CSU game and Oregon just showed more of the blueprint on how to beat Colorado. Coach Prime keep blaming the kids and not looking or asking the players about what their position coach is teaching. Because something is off. On TCU we saw a one trick play game plan and then nothing after. With CSU and Oregon they were confused. The penalties was the players being frustrated. Prime might lose a lot of the grad transfers if he keep thinking it’s the players playing bad. They are doing what they told them to do. Mistakes here and there but they keep playing the same game. Sheduer throws are predictable.

What's important here a story or the building of character? How you build character is through adversity. How the coach and his team respond to this will tell us alot. The post game interview was a class act and displayed a great deal of character. The question here is the character of those who tell the narrative from a place of hate or better gloating. Why is it that character is never under a microscope?

What I saw from CU during that game wasn't just self inflicted wounds, there was a clear cut difference in talent, ability, and knowledge of how to play the game. Shedur got his first taste of a d-line that could actually apply pressure and he couldn't make reads or speed up his play to compensate. There was a clear difference in speed between the receivers and defensive backs, the CU players didn't have the awareness to know I need to cheat a little here to be able to not get beat deep. They looked like a division 2 squad showing up for a scrimmage. I don't them being able to compete against any of the ranked teams really. If their lucky USC will take some pity on them and play down so it's not another embarrassing loss.

@@TreyHorton yea I agree, he talks this big game about coaching the kids. I didn't see any of his D-backs making contact with the receivers at the line to slow their release. He played the position so his kids should at the very least know to do that. This game put on full display how little of the basic fundamentals they have. The first 3 games they played teams that have kids at pretty much the same skills level. I'd love to see CU play Michigan or Georgia, I guarantee those games would look like the Dolphins playing Denver.... probably worse though to be honest.
@TheCrux87018 ай бұрын
This is what is being missed. As a transformational talent at the DB position, I'm going to judge a coaches ability to develop especially hard when the above is said about them. You are a HOF with 2 sons that play DB and NEITHER of them are to be feared and you RAISED and COACHED them. Travis has showed me nothing along with these defensive backs that says Deion can actually develop talent or teach fundamentals. Oregon WR’s were open continuously, Franklin torched their DB’s of the los…this is all we are pointing out when it comes to the undeserved hype and therefore borderline disrespect shown to much better teams in the PAC. Also, nobody who played football and understands how life and football can kind of collide, liked how he treated a 1-11 squad he knew nothing about. He didn't uplift those kids at all.
@reaperoffish36688 ай бұрын
@@TheCrux8701 the number 1 criticism I had from the start is when Deion first showed up and said he's there to rescue the program. Then he told the room full kids to their faces that they all pretty much suck and he's kicking them out so daddy's subpar boys and their friends can come in to play. I'm sure not all of those kids were worse than what we saw Saturday. The sad part is I get labeled a hater for pointing out his kids really aren't any good, but he gets a pass for shitting on all the former players.

So yea, Travis Hunter missing has a major affect on them. He gets open and the QB can get rid of the ball and not have to hold on to it so long.

Deion already knows how to handle press conferences and im sure he talked with his sons about them also. However, i do believe that they will play better against USC but i don't believe they'll pull out the win. Their defense isn't all that good, the Oline needs a lot of work and USC is very tough just like Oregon.

As a short attention span society. What wears thin quick is losing . Sure it’s one game You can’t run the ball and your defense can’t stop the run. You’re left with passing 90% of the time. Your quarterback will suffer due to the offensive line. Drop back 7 in coverage rush 4. That will be everyone’s formula. Next year beef up offensive line and get a running game to rest your defense. Thats football 101, good press conferences has never one anything. Until next year Colorado stay up.

I think you're being really dramatic...This loss was expected. Prime and Shedeur handled it with class as always. It's not about rankings for Colorado...It's about improvements. Coach Prime has already won this season. He has brought his Louie and it shows. Colorado is relevant and improved from the past few years. LIke Coach Prime says, you better get them now...

They already have respect, when they started their year this way 1st and 2nd, a losing streak requires it to be a streak.. they lost one game bro... and they are not the 1st lr last team to get blown out... Y'all being extra about it... it's 75 new players on the team. To start 3-0 was already an accomplishment...
