Thank you so much for showing this process! You ARE the queen of vintage, textured cards! Here's a thought; maybe, just maybe it would help if you had your sewing machine serviced!! It might save you a few bucks to do so rather than purchase a new and/or refurbished sewing machine! If you're anything like me I consider things like that a hassle! I don't want to wait days, weeks, etc waiting for someone to tell me what the problem is then wait another few days, weeks, months for parts and labor! There was a man who ran a sewing machine center in the town where I grew up. He was a creeper! Because it was a rural town there was no place else to go (of course)! If I still lived in that rural town I would toss the sewing machine out the backdoor, jump in the car and drive the 150 miles to the nearest city that had a measurable population (yes, it was that bad)!

I think that may be an inexpensive machine with plastic gears. New Singers are really bad! My 221 Singer (I have 4-need to sell 3!) are dependable light weight work horses. You only get straight stitch! They started being made during the depression. Older machines are so much cheaper, but usually dependable. Ask a sewer, quilter for some of their favorites. Jukie(usually fast sewer) Janome, Bernina (expensive but one of my favorites) are all good. Oh, the difference to start with is between mechanical machines and computer generated machines. Good luck on your search for a new machine!

I have trouble putting the Roses together , is there anyway you can allow me to see how each layer was placed instead of the fastward where you cannot see how each layer was applied? I think you are fabulous. Do you have a Patron?❤❤
