I remember when the chasers really were competitive and lasted longer. The Dikler, Spanish Steps, Le,Escargot, Captain Christy when they raced at Cheltenham.

Galopin des Champs - what an incredible horse - and on top, for me, one of the greatest jump jockeys of recent years, Paul Townend. Well, the winning total was £351,688.00 and of this, Paul was paid £38, 719.00. Not bad for eight minutes work!!!

A race that few got into, possibly the gloss taken off by Fastorslow unseating but too far out to say that he would have played a role. At the end of the day, a fitting tribute to Willie Mullins as the warm favorite went in.

Cheltenham, Owners charged £20 to park and then £30 to be towed out. Racegoers being charged to be towed out! No other racecourse i know charges Racegoers to be towed out. £10 for second rate burgers and overpriced drinks. Cheltenham sort yourself out a disgrace you a treating your customers with utter contempt.

Five Winds 16:40 Southwell 16th March. That's £150 I'll never get back. The jockey never rode this horse to win at all at any time in the race. Should be banned for a year.
