I always have thought that is one of the best lobbies at a M.V.C. I have only stayed there one time mainly because it's so cheap to stay at Luxor. Another really good video with valuable information. Thank you

I agree. Great lobby at Grand Chateau but if we go back to Las Vegas we will probably book one of the resorts on the strip since it tends to be pretty cheap.

Yes, the villas might be a bit small but a perfect size for 2 people, just had to shift around some furniture. I'm scared of balconies so not a deal breaker for me there, lol. Ocean One inside miracle mile provides very affordable food and this location is close to the famous Taco Bell Cantina! Good food and the cheapest beer around the area

The rooms are certainly smaller than the average Marriott Vacation Club property. Especially the one bedroom. The living room and kitchen area is fairly small. THe studios seem to be about average size. There is of course no balcony in any of the villas. Thanks for watching and have a great trip to Las Vegas!

Great video Jeremy! Never stayed at a timeshare there usually stay at Paris or Mandalay Bay. What a gorgeous view! Couldn’t help but notice the Christmas decorations. How was it there around the holidays? Thinking of doing Vegas this year instead of Orlando for Christmas time.

There certainly are a lot of timeshares in Las Vegas. Though if we go back we will probably just book one of the resort hotels on the strip. We did also stay at Paris when we were there. We were there over the holidays, the week before Christmas to be exact. Temperatures were cool and it was busy but it was also our first time there, so we can't compare it to other times of the year. Christmas is a popular time for Vegas just like Orlando. Thanks for watching!

WHICH I live on FACEBOOK and KZbin IF YOUR NOT CLEAN in the rooms. IF YOUR SLOW , Your attitude either one he WILL pUt you to SOCIAL MEDIA. Before I got hired to this hotel I used to watched my coworkers on Facebook cleaning the toilet. THE HUMILIATION is MORE THAN ANIMAL, the BULLIES inside the PROPERTY of the hotel IS above. ... No. The three bedroom units at Grand Chateau lock off into a two bedroom and a one bedroom unit.

Jeremy, do you have any advice to get something booked before the end of the year? I have mismanaged our Covid points and now have 8400 points that expire 12/31. I cannot find any availability that we can use. We can be gone from December 22 to January 7. I have additional points that I can throw at it get the right reservation. I know I can trade it for Bonvoy Points, travel insurance, resort credit. I don't want to go to Australia, far east or mid east. Let me know what you recommend. Thanks, R

Will you be at a Marriott Vacation Club resort in December? If so, you might be able to convert them to resort credit. Outside of that, there aren’t a lot of options with less than 2 months remaining before the expire. I know some people have tried renting out expiring points, but availability again is a big issue. There isn’t much out there to book.

We are actually going on a 7 night cruise on the Celebrity Beyond in the near future and was looking to see if I could scrape up 375 points somewhere for a single night reservation at Marriott's Frenchman's Cove to go over there and check it out and record some video there while we are in St Thomas on one of the port stop. We have done two Celebrity cruises in the past and are really looking forward to this one on their newest ship. Have a great cruise. 10 days sounds like it will be very relaxing!

Can you elaborate on the owner discount card by the concierge ?

I don't have the information in front of me, but it is a card that provides discounts at a few restaurants in the area. I beleive we used it at Nacho Daddy across the street. There were also a number of other restaurants in the Miracle Mile Shops that were on the card. If you need more information, you may be able to call the property and see if they can send you the document that has the list of restaurants on it.
