[Full Review] Amsterdam - De Kas (☆+♧) Michelin One Star Dining with Sustainability

Loacted inside of Park Frankendael, De Kas has been sharing its vision of "From plant to plate" to Amsterdammers and its visitors. With its beautiful setting at a green house, De Kas grows about 300 varieties of vegetables, herbs and fruit both on site and in their larger field in the Beemster Polder. What is harvested in the morning from the imposing greenhouse will take pride of place a little later, in light, modern creations.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2022 but it came with another Michelin Green star for its sustainability.
