Do not worry, I have done some research and I found that rosemary can not darken hair. And if so, it’s not permanent because it’s just the water that’s a little brown but it does not color your hair. I think there is a misunderstoodment about rosemary darkening hair. Because she said it can darken hair but she did not say that it colors hair, that’s something different. Oh and bonus point! I have tried this for a few months and I have blond hair and my hair has not darkened at all! So don’t worry and enjoy your hair journey and your hair itself!❤

Yes, you can add a few mint leaves and that helps a lot. Also, really gently masage your head not using your nails, and let the shampoo seat for a few mins then masage really well again. You can also, use shampoo x2 to leave in a few mins. Or, you can make the same hair mask, boil 2 tb linseed in 3 cups of water, for about 20-25 mins, let sit till cold and you can extract the seeds out and use this mixture that looks like a thick gel. Leave on your hair for an hour. Can be done everyday if you have the will to do so. Shampoo and condition afterwards like you normally do and you will see natural results

@@DrChaosCurls okay soo here's the 2 weeks update. my hair is pretty short with lots of layers, barely touches my shoulders (im trying to grow it out currently) and i have id say 2c waves. i dont use any heat on my hair and also i only use shampoo, no contidioner, sometimes i rince it with rice water and i also oil it regularly. i've been using rosemary water pretty much everyday in the morning and in the evening (i did forget do do it a few times). in the morning i masaage it onto my scalp and also use it as sort of a curl refreshing mist (?) i spray the mids and ends lightly, scrunch the hair and leave it to airdry and then brush it- it makes it so soft and gives my hair so much volume!! in the evening i just spray it on my scalp and massage it. i didnt see any drastic hairgrowth but the waves look better and my hair is so soft!!! im gonna do another update in 2 weeks maybe.

Just to add, rosemary is supposedly as strong as minoxidil 2% which is almost never given to someone anymore. I had mild hair fall and my doctor gave me and everyone in my family 5% to start with. Minoxidil is usually around 7-12 dollars so I’d recommend just buying that for hair growth itself because it saves time and effort and has credibility of results. I can’t speak for rosemary water for any other benefits so I’ll leave that to your judgment and research
