Yess either or! The Nico is better if you have an oily scalp, or after the gym though since it has more detoxing properties.

Oh a product with salicylic acid should help with the dry itchy scalp. Act and acre and the Inkey list have pre cleanse products with bha.. I think neutrogena has a bha shampoo too that if just focus on the scalp.. but Should take care that 🤍🤍

Do you mean for pre cleansing? Try both🤍🤍Technically masks have oils in them too combined with other moisturizing ingredients so you can test either and see which your hair does better with, or what ingredients your hair likes more.. but Both will coat your hair before the shower and protect your hair from getting too dried out.

Genetics play a huge role too, y'all. Take these promotion videos with a grain of salt because your genetics could require a different routine/products. She clearly already naturally had thick and fairly healthy hair due to her genetics. Im not saying that her routine isn't a good one or that shes lying, but i have tried so many of the products and routines that are supposed to be good for 'all hair types' that absolutely did not work for my hair and actually caused damage. Ive had better luck with a more natural and simple approach to my thick European/Spanish hair.

For years I tried many things to fix my hair in Kolkata. Eventually i made my own oil and used methi hair mask rvery wash and it did wonders.
