The reason is as follows: Since Israel, USA, UK, Germany do not comply with international law and the provisions of the ICJ for aiding and abetting genocide, the question will arise LATER: "Who is responsible for REPARATION PAYMENTS for the destroyed Gaza and pensions for widows and orphans?" Israel and the arms suppliers will be asked to pay. If Russia and China had condemned Hamas' behavior, the Palestinians would have to pay for everything themselves. But this leaves more room for the UN and the ICJ to nail the criminal nations. When the time comes: Israel, the US, UK and Germany will be in the dock and China and Russia will certainly not veto it. In the ICJ's statements, there was unanimity on the illegally occupied territories of Israel and a two-state solution.
