Hi! The PCV valve is located in the top of valve cover, therefore it is not neccesary to remove the valve cover to replace the PCV. Best regards

Hi. nice video with very good information.I have the same engine.i have two problems with it. 1. it heats very quickly up to 95 de degree celsius. when it reaches the 95 the fan get turn on and drops to 92 degrees. 2. i have black smoke when i rev up the engine.could it be bad compression of the pistons? I readone the camshaft and the injectors work ok.

Hi! Thanks for your comment. 1. Probably you need to change the coolant temperature sensor. 2. Nice video I have the same engine and i have a small qty of oil rejected from the turbo daily specially in cold days, I changed the turbo by new one but the problem is still here as it smokes white for the first kilometers then nothing all the days. Please help and thank you so much.

Hi! Thanks for your comment. If the oil leakage comes from the oil feed pipe, we recommend replacing this pipe with a new one. Hola, hace unos dias decidi sacarle la tapa de la culata para cambiar bujias de precalentamiento. Al volver a colocar la tapa se siente un fuga de compresion. Como un "disparo de aire". Los O-rings cada vez que desmonto la tapa debo cambiarlos? Quizas no sea el sitio pero agradeceria opiniones. Muchas gracias

Hola! Por los sintomas que indicas, es posible que alguno de los calentadores esté flojo o haya quedado mal posicionado. Por otro lado, también es posible que alguna de las tóricas de admisión esté deteriorada. Por regla general, toda junta que quede al aire debería ser sustituida. Hola, tengo un FORD1.4 tdci. La culata a sido rectificada quitandole 0.25 mm. Antes de montarla quisiera saber si se puede montar tal cual porque la valgulas estan muy cerca de los pistones. En la revista tecnica RTA pone que esa culata no se rectifica. El taller de rectificacion me dice que tengo que poner un junta mas gruesa, otro taller me dice que tengo que recticar valgulas o asientos de valgulas. Alguien que puede ayudar ? gracias

Hola, siguiendo este vídeo he comprado el juego de juntas 53017700 pero resulta que no vienen ni las juntas metálicas de los inyectores ni los 5 O-rings de la tapa de culata. Que gran decepción.

Hola! Según la composición del juego 53017700, las 5 tóricas de la tapa de culata deberían ir incluidas en el juego, no así las arandelas de los inyectores. Si no iban incluidas éstas tóricas, póngase en contacto con el distribuidor donde adquirió el juego y ellos se encargarán de tramitarlo como una reclamación. Vamos a procvecer a enviar ésta consulta a nuestro departamento de catálogos para incluir las arandelas de los inyectores. Un saludo y disculpe por las molestias

salut, ma fiesta 1.4 tdci 2008 donnait des acoups de temps en temps depuis 1-2 mois, hier sur l'autoroute j'ai bien monté dans les tours en espérant régler le problème s'il s'agissait de FAP mais résultat : le voyant " incident moteur " s'est allumé et le moteur n'a plus monté au dessus des 2000 tours et ça en calant non stop. quelqu'un pourrait me dire d'ou vient le problème svp ?
