Full Short Track Race: Bowman Gray Stadium Street Stock 20 Lap Feature 6/8/24

On our first trip covering the #MadHouse #BowmanGrayStadium the Street Stock division lived up to all the hype! Enjoy watching the full race unfold as the drivers fight for every spot on double points night and support short track racing!
6/8/24 Race Summary:
#20 Ryan Collins and #16 Brad Lewis start on the front row leading the 21 car field to the green flag. #20 of Collins jumped out to an early lead till Lap 3. That is when defending Street Stock Champion #1 Christian Joyce would take the lead. On Lap 8 the #03 of Cody Gum and #79 Conner Shaw brought out the first caution of the race after getting together in turn 4 also collecting #23 Jordan Atkins. On Lap 14 pole sitter #20 Ryan Collins spun it in the wrong direction. Lap 16 saw #77 Jamie Byrd spin #17 Andy Southern coming into turn 3 also collecting #4 Emilee Lewis in the cross fire. The very next lap #35 Andy Avery went around by himself and under caution #13 Kevin Gilbert was spun. In the end throughout a caution riddled race #1 Christian Joyce would walk away leading 17 laps with a win on double points night!
