I have never thought to inspect the tires. Great advice. I had a flat and my Credit Union credit card paid for the new tire. I will check the tires from now on.

Clark is right. When I rented a car from enterprise, they wanted to know if I wanted to take out insurance on the tires and I turned it down but now I’m thinking it might be a good idea because if you run over glass or a nail or somehow, the tire gets ruined on you for getting it repaired or replaced

I can't believe it; received my home prop tax 2 days back; it actually decreased 19% (phoenix area). My home value was adjusted down also. Housing market is not as "hot" as the industry wants people to believe.

Unfortunately I own a KIA so I can't shop insurance because most companies won't insure the vehicle anymore because of all the thefts. I've been with Progressive for 10+ years now and that's the only reason they'll even renew me at this point. I've had the car 10 years, had zero issues with it and it's been paid off for awhile now, so really only way to get cheaper insurance is to go out and buy a new car, which just isn't worth it to save $10-20 a month on premiums right now.

I believe shoplifting well before Covid. As long as there a minimal or no consequences for shoplifting this downward spiral will continue.

We tried to get a revolute and a wise card for our child's use going to college overseas in the uk. Both companies seem to be in some kind of a multi-month hold on issuing cards. There's lots of discussion online on Reddit about this. We ended up without any good options, so we sent our child with a no transaction fee credit card until he can get a bank account over there hopefully.

How do we shop Auto Insurance in Florida when we need to stay in the top recommended companies. We have USAA, shop for Amica & it was lower coverage and not that much of a savings. Home & Auto premiums keep getting higher ever 6 months.

Real Talk... Great video !!! The real reason National drugstores are closing is because they built too many stores by being greedy.They put them on every corner in every neighborhood ...😊

1:12 I did have this problem once. In California, I hit a curb and blew 2 tires. I had not realized that they did not put enough air in the tires. Weird. Also, I thought was being clever when I went to a repair shop to get a replacement and found that it was illegal to replace a rental car tire with a used tire in California.
@lizh6578Ай бұрын
Another reason pharmacies are closing is that they built too many of them. Years ago they did it for an aging population. They were excited that we boomers were on our way to getting old and sick. Some of these places are right across the street from each other-Walgreens on one side, CVS on the other. Or you have two in the same chain a few miles apart. They built them like Starbucks, miles from each other.
@JFrankBadaszАй бұрын
they put many locations at once in the areas then close the biggest gaudiest ones after the locals have folded happening right here so it goes

I disagree with Scott about Condo/hoa boards. Clark is right, if the small issue gets you in the door, maybe you'll take the big issues more seriously too. Everyone has to start somewhere. Citizens of a community should never be discouraged to take part in associations because of what sounds like "elitism". Thats what politics has done

What a 401k is best to use to donate? Yeah no, I completely disagree. Many people did not have access to a ROTH 401k and don’t want to covert now. So, they will have to pay taxes but can live off the rest.

For the person mentioning the qualified charitable distribution from the IRA, the point is made but you are just turning it into a Roth (you just don't pay tax on the distribution). Why not use the Roth IRA, take a distribution to yourself, and then give it to a charity and take the deduction on your taxes? If you itemize you don't pay tax on the distribution and get a deduction for charity.
