with your V hook fix it looks really good, only thing missing that i would want is the inclusion of an S hook. i tend to keep the wand hanging from my belt when i'm walking around at events, and that make it easy.(not to mention that much faster to have the wand in hand for when folks want pictures)

Yes I actually like it a tad better as well because you could pretty much do anything to it and you don't really have to worry about it as much. The pack lights are much better as well IMO. Crazy in 2023 you can get a full size pack with lights and sound that looks halfway decent for 250 bucks. Where was this stuff when we were getting started way back when? haha thanks for commenting man and good seeing you.

These super easy mods work well and look great! I'll be getting at least the wand set. I'm assuming you can hit them with some super fine sandpaper, then paint them up?

Yes sir you could do anything you want with them haha. They are sandable and paintable. You could also glue them anyway you want. I just used hot glue to keep from damaging the surface area with a different glue.

Nice work! Would it make sense to drill holes in the wand track that line up with the existing v-hook holes & put some longer screws in there to keep it in place? In my mind that'd be sturdier than just hot glue that way. But I don't have my pack yet. Just curious if you considered/tried that while making this.

You could if you want but not really necessary. The guntrack holds just fine with some hot glue and the vhook holds just fine as well just screwed into the guntrack. But like I said to each is own. Thanks for the comment!

When I got my spirit pack, the v-hook on the pack came undone. Did you fix that? It’s held on by a piece of plastic, don’t let it break.

Super glue would damage the surface area. I'm trying to have these mods be easy to put on and keep the person from damaging their pack in anyway. But someone can very well use super glue if they feel necessary or even epoxy glue.

The spirit pack is cool and deff gets you in the spirit of ghostbusters. However with that being said, i think for the price point its pretty shitty. I feel like if i squeeze to hard on the wand itll crumble. And the firing sounds are pretty lame. I got my daughter that new wand with all the video game sounds for 40 bucks and its way cooler and more durable. Shes 3 almost and hasnt broken it yet which just says how durable it is. If you gently bump into something with this spirit pack id be afraid to look at the damage. Its better as a mantel piece.
