Not only does WotR have great music, it also has very good timing usually. The mythic power track is always perfectly timed and the path themes usually match well with the "book" scenes reading speed and progression (though I imagine that's subjective of course). The first time the angel and aeon ones pop up comes to mind in particular.

А сейчас... вы действительно оправдали все мои ожидания, мифические пути и разница между ними прекрасна: не поленились делать практически разные игры для разных персонажей. Саундтрек - от Бога. Ребята, вы молодцы. От музыки иногда мурашки и почти слезу прошибает... Спасибо вам, родные ребята, поднимаете индустрию с колен! Обнимаю вас и верю.

Чтооо!? Шикарная игра!? Ну! Поехали! Разносить этот шлак/Невервинтер Найт 2 в новой обвертке но, хуже на голову! Боевика - дно! Баги, Баги и ещё раз баги! То персонажи глючат:не бьют, стоят на месте, крутятся на месте и т д и т п Заклинания - дерьмо мягко говоря! Полезных по пальцам на читать, многие таки не реализовали, а многие не правильно работают! Журнал боя отображает не всю информацию Интерфейс не удобный Оссобено это хорошо видно во время боя войск в пошаговое режиме на карте военных действий Расположен противник в нижнем правом углу и какое количество там - а хрен его знает! Потому что убогий журнал боя закрывает! Оптимизация - дно! Огромный выбор оружия но, что мы имеем в итоге и по факту!? А нихрена! Одни мечи, кинжалы, луки, кистеты, топоры, косы, да 2-3посоха к концу уже 3 главы!!! И Нахренв спрашивается тогда какие то копья, сайи и т д и т п!!!??? Более того даже те-же самые ножечки - очень и очень судный арсенал выбора! Однотипные шлак, шлак и ещё раз шлак! В первый раз, когда я играл, за всю игру, поменял 3 раза одноручное копью... Атас! Хм... Но! Может быть у нас обстоят дела лучше выборе с бронёй!? Да тоже самое! Очень судный и маленький выбор! Одеть своих спутников - тот ещё геморрой! А про робы для магов... Разрабы вообще не думали видать, что кто - то будет за магов играть! Мало того, что их дефицит, так ещё и характеристики - дно и многие вообще не для их специализации! Хммм... Ну, наверное сюжетка/история хороша! Да Нифига подобного! Даже и тут разработчики умудрились проколоться! Мало того, что есть моменты, где или не сходится что то или... Вот видился ты уже с напарниками уже с этим НПС но, при второй встречи, они показывают диалог, что ты их якобы в первый раз видел! Видимо разрабы думали, что такой выбор или путь никто не сделает и поэтому не стали прописывать грамотные диалоги Ну а концовка а демона -... Собака взяла топор и полетела поджигать воду... Такое дерьмо, я ещё ни разу не видел!!! А сколько больших, мелких багов и критических...Но! Зато как всегда Сырой, не готовый продукт продают! Надеюсь квартиры не станут так делать! Покупаешь за туже цену, как и раньше, а то и дороже но, без окон, дверей, водопровода и прочих удобств, нужд! Через неделю, две, а то и больше приедут и поставят тебе Сначал двери, потом через 1-2недели окна, потом все остальное, потом эчто то работать не будет... В итоге Даже багованый в свое время Невервинтер Найт 2 и доделанный фанатами, на голову превосходит этот шлак "игра года" или претендует пускай! Даже хер тифлинг/плут молодой (не помню как звать В тюрьме подвала сидит 1 акта) Так даже он 1 в 1 как нишка!!! Так в том же Невервинтер Найт 2, они там хоть тёрки устраивали постоянно, а тут спутника пофигу друг на друга! Нету плюсов у этой игры и не надо вводить людей в заблуждение глупыми, ничем не подтвержденными фактами/словами, высказываниями и прочей ересью!

Собственно, со вторым Невервинтером у меня ассоциация и идёт. Проблем у игры хватает, но тут уже вопрос кому что больше нравится. Мне повезло, баги меня избегают, а сама игра, лично для меня, свои деньги окупила, до сих пор ещё её не прошел. Так что на вкус и цвет) Если любите компьютерные версии настолок, можете потестировать третьего Балдура. Я же поделился лично своим впечатлением от игры, возможно кто-то его разделяет. Равно как множество тех, кто разделяет и ваше восприятие)

I'm just not a "chaotic" personality, my mindset fits much more towards the "lawful" end of the spectrum, so I doubt I'd enjoy Azata. Still, Arueshalae and Ember are the two characters I could never deny anything or be even remotely mean to. I had to restart my entire game from act 5 when I first played because my lich would have betrayed them.

@@thisisaname5589 Oh I'm always chaotic good in whatever RPG I'm playing, whether there is an option to be or not. Its less about the "chaotic" nature for me, I'm not some crazy clown that just does things because they're fun or silly, at the expense of others, despite a lot of the dumb options there are in this game for this. Its more about my freedom of choice and a sense of individuality, if something is morally right, but lawfully wrong, I will choose the moral choice every time for example. This however does not mean I cannot or will not choose a lawful option, if I feel it fits the situation and what I would say in real life and vice versa, sometimes the chaotic option is simply not appropriate for a certain situation. Thus I made my choices in game, not with whatever was labeled chaotic or lawful, but what I felt was right for me and my character. This is why I choose Chaotic good, it gives me the ability to be flexible, but at the same time not compromise on my morals, as Bruce Lee would say "Be like water."

Succumbing to rage 2:05:00 became one of my all time favourite songs INSTANTLY and I sat on the story page for around 15 minutes in game before choosing how I'd continue because I didn't want to lose it. Dimitry VSilantyev is absolutely outstanding

This is one of the best RPG soundtracks i've ever listened in my life and i play this kind of game since 90's. There's a lot of details in a variety of harmonies that makes it so original yet still set on a fantasy medieval setting. Flawless. I'm also a composer and i think as a musician you guys absolutely nailed it. This is a masterpiece. No kidding. In Kingmaker it was really good (especially Kingdom, Boss Fights and First World music), but now in Wrath you guys made a huge step above all CRPG genre games. I do think it deserves award recognition. The 3rd song on the list (called Lords of Chaos i think) is a piece of art like real classical music. Absolutely fantastic. Congratulations and thank you for sharing this great work with us. Loved it so much!!! 🎻😍🤘

This is probably the best OST I have ever heard in a game. Everything is consistently good. I am pretty sure they used samples, but some of the string work sounds very real. With the new sample libraries that is easier than ever, but still an impressive feat. Such high quality work. Hats off to all of the amazing composers.

The Cosmic Balance, one of the best, makes you really feel you are the guardian of fate's grand order. The Light of Heaven, fills you with the sense of greatness. Starward Gaze, you cry tears of sorrow and joy. Wisdom of Millenia, you can almost see the monks training under the watchful eyes of their old master. Master of My Own Fate, no gods, no kings - only men and the best they can offer. Laughing till the End, when the RNG wants you to fail but you just laugh and alter the fall of the dice. Lord of the Dead, channeling the full power of a being free from time's shackles as you command the Deathless Legions. Succumbing to Rage, MILK FOR THE KHORNE FLAKES! and why do I hear a shotgun clicking menacingly? Hell's Advance, you see them marching in their black armor and burning eyes, fully focused, absolutely orderly, unstoppably. Hunger Eternal, the swarm that ever grows.

Betreyer of Humanity is likely a single best song on the entire OST, so mysterious, but not giving off evil vibe. When we are presented with Areelu, she is painted as the evil incarnate, but her theme does not fit such description at all, instantly pointing us to the realisation, that she may be much more complicated character, than we first thought.

Just started into this soundtrack for the first time. My gawd, thank you for Mikhail Kotov! 4:25 to 5:26 on The Myth Begins is without a doubt some of the best music that has ever been made. I can't quit replaying that section. I have listened to it a hundred times over. @mikhail kotov should he ever read these comments. I know... Who am I to critique, no one really but hear me out. @4:25 to 4:45 let the cello tell it's sorry. It's sad and slow and should be allowed it's time to finish and fade out on each section. @4:25 to 4:31 let the cello parts fade out to silence. No need to rush that last note and no need to hurry in the first note @4:32. Same for 4:32 to 4:38 let those notes carry and drop off. Let 4:38 come in slow also no hurry on these because this is the last time we'll hear from them. You are getting ready to blow the listener away anyways. Let the cello carry out the last note @4:46 to let it drop off to complete silence before you hit that first note on the next section and start bringing it all back in. Make that first note hit hard and start building up with a timpani rumble @4:51 to 4:54 before letting them drop off. I think it's a french horns @5:06 the 2nd to last high note. I can't express enough how you should CARRY and HOLD on that 2nd to last note letting everything build up just before you let it fall off to that last note to finish the listener off. Maybe i'll get a revision ;) If not thank you for composing one of the most moving pieces of music ever. People should be so fortunate to hear this in their lifetime. Thanks!

A lot are saying the last 3 acts are incredibly buggy. Did you find anything game breaking or have any advice to avoid breaking things?

@@ryanc5572 I didnt have any major bug that would prevent me from finishing the game. I had problems with a few side quests when some characters I needed to interact with were not in the place where they should be - so I didnt complete these quests because I wasnt patient enough to wait for a hotfix, I think it was just two quests. Another problem I noticed was that some skills and objects didnt work as they should (for example a belt should give fire immunity and it didnt..). In the last Acts (I think Act 5), there were issues with Crusade Management, some Decrees were missing correct descriptions and two major statistics stopped leveling up, Logistics and Military, but it didnt have any practical effect on the game so I let it be. I read that people experience most bugs when they play in Turn-based mode, when choosing more "exotic" mythic path and classes or when people respec their character. I played in Real-time with pause, my character was a human ranger, I chose Angel mythic path, I didnt respec and I didnt notice any problems. Im trying now my second run with an Inquisitor and Azata path, so lets see how it goes :) I expect the worst :D but the game is still amazing experience.

Oh neat, I just noticed that you yourselves at Owlcat put this video up! I would like to say thanks for that, then. Every other time I look up game OSTs, they're put up by fans, not the devs themselves. That's very cool. I just bought Pathfinder WotR from the ID@Xbox Indie RPG sale and loved what I heard so far, so I wanted to listen to more of the wonderful music while I work on some stuff. This is one of the most amazing soundtracks I've ever heard. Kingmaker's OST blew me away when I went into that game with little to no expectations, and I think getting to listen to much of this soundtrack ahead of time was worth the price of admission into the beta. Although I think one of the world map themes is missing from this soundtrack list, and I've been looking all over trying to find it. Unless it's actually featured way later in the soundtrack and not listed together with the 4th or 5th theme here?

The composers really outdid themselves, hats off to them .. The songs composed by Dmitry V. Silantyev make for amazing atmosphere but Mikhail Kotov's Mythic power, in particular, made an impression on me. I'm a sucker for that style of dramatic orchestral music 😆

Для меня настольный первый пасфаиндер слишком объёмен, и рад что я могу пощупать его в форме качественной игры.
