Watching specific dinosaurs that we know from each of the different eras of movies, that we know by name, coming together to fight was epic!! It really did tie all the movies together.

If I'm counting this as another season of Camp Cretaceous, it's definitely the best season overall. I appreciated the darker tone, the visual direction, the quality of the dinosaur models, the intriguing mystery. That being said, this got WAY too far into Dawson's Creek/Riverdale sorts of interpersonal character drama. Would've liked that pared back quite a bit. Sammy is still unbearable, wish they'd had her character grow up a little. Ben needed an older voice actor. The dialogue is still terrible, that's the show's biggest weakness (that goes for all six seasons) and clashes with the serious/dark tone. If the dialogue had been doctored and the plot been more focused, this would have been heads and shoulders above Camp Cretaceous. As it stands, Chaos Theory is only marginally better than the show that came before, but it's still an improvement and works more often than it doesn't. Love the new creepy villain, very Incredibles-esque. 6.5/10 for me.

I would say it’s more than marginally better. I think it’s ok to have a bit of silly dialogue and adventure mixed in with the serious stuff. Jurassic has always been silly. I’m ok with that.

I really want Bumpy's hatchling to be called Ben Jr... Also wonder if there's any possibility of Dodgson re-emerging in future seasons, moreso with Santos having an unsuccessful run-in with the Nublar 6 before the Malta incident. The only reason why I don't think this conspiracy ultimately leads to him is because of Microbangs/Raptor Lady. She doesn't seem very human, but if she's a clone or human/Raptor hybrid then what does Dodgson need Maisie for if he's already made his own artificial humanoid? I assume Maisie was to him a means to capitalize on cloning people.
