Went been tune stage 1 then stage 2 and no, no servo buddy just unhooked the cables from the actuator

Technically yes but so far a few guys have been granted motors through bmw for engine failure. After being modded and flashed. They have to prove the exhaust was the problem

Just curious, on the stock exhaust, in race mode, did you get some pops when you let off the gas? New exhaust sounds great!

You get the pops in any mode

Pops in Race, doesn't pop in the other modes, and if it does, it's nowhere near as loud as in the Race modes.

@@monochrome5.0 Definitely noticed it on the stock exhaust, just always left it in Race. Then I went full exhaust with a stg 2 flash, the dealer left it in Dynamic and didn't hear any pops downshifting. Went about 30 miles before I noticed the mode, it sounds like gun shots in Race now lol.

Im looking to order the titanium akra headers to pair up with an SC project CRT (short carbon fiber) exhaust... is that going to be compatible and is there any welding neccessary?

Nope it’s just some springs and 1 clamp. Install should take you 2-4 hours

How does it fare against the akra full system with the long can, significantly louder?

This one is a bit louder with a deeper traveling tone from but both sound about the same when higher in the rpm’s up close and it’s not that much shorter than the Akra can. Now if you get were to compare this to a full sc project race system for this bike then that’s what I’d say the sc project is significantly louder since the one piece system they make is bigger diameter piping and welded together.

Was surprised how deep the stock Akra is when I got the cat box removed (2 catalytic converters are not removed). So you’re saying this SC1-R is deeper than the stock Akra? Itching for the SC1-R carbon for the looks

Pretty close. I first ran the slip on for 2-3 days before my headers came in so I’m running both now. You’ll need to remove the baffle that’s for sure

Is this the sc1-s or sc1-r, and I saw it bolted on to the stock header, would it bolt right on to the akrapovic optional catless header, and rearset mount? I have the akrapovic E-B10R7 header, and oem akrapovic sport can..

It’s loud but not stupid loud on start up. Now if you get the shorter crt can you’ll have the whole city looking at you I think this setup will suit your needs

Yo bro can you keep passenger pegs on with this exhaust?

Yup… it bolts the the main rear sets no the passenger like a lot of the exhaust on the market. I occasionally took the pegs off for the track and would through them on when taking a chick out.
