Did you make that stencil for the fender camera cut out? Seems super helpful.

Great job! Wow, you make it look so easy! But that front bumper.. I can tell it's not an easy part.. I am about to wrap my Model Y, 2 questions for you: 1) Matte or Satin? (on black) 2) How long 60" roll? 50ft? Thank you!
@dagraphics4369 Жыл бұрын
you'll need a full roll (50ft). Xpel only makes a matte film. other brands might offer satin, but they're usually all the same look

Im a bulk installer that does seems for Tesla bumpers and I’m tryna wrap my head around how you got it to go into that hard recess in the bumper I can never get it to go down way too much tension whenever I try so I end up just seeming it, is there a line of gloss black that’s shown or is it all the way ?
@dagraphics4369 Жыл бұрын
Hey, I used to do that too. Once you learn how to do it, it's easy. I have another video on my channel explaining it better. I can only do it on the model Y. I tried model 3's and it's just too recessed. Good luck!

There's no line of gloss. I can get it all the way.

Hi What length of roll would be good for a model y ? 60” x what length
@thousandvisions76732 жыл бұрын
Amazing work! Looked super clean! Waiting on my model y to come in and was wondering what size roll you used to complete the car? Going to try it myself as companies where I’m from New York are quoting 7-10k
@dagraphics43692 жыл бұрын
60” roll.
@thousandvisions76732 жыл бұрын
Do you think 60 by 20 feet would work?

@dagraphics43692 жыл бұрын
Honestly I haven’t used xpel stealth.

Do you need to be a certified installer to buy from Stek?
@dagraphics4369 Жыл бұрын
No, but you need to be an installer/business.

Hey man, great work. Just got STEK certified and I'm noticing you're adding much more soap to your slip than what stek recommends.... I have recently tried the same and I feel it's much easier to work that way. What ratios do you use for slip?
@dagraphics43692 жыл бұрын
Didn’t know they recommend a certain amount. Every installer is different on this topic. I use the J&J baby soap pump dispenser. Pump about 8 times in my bottle. I use pump sprayers.
